Happy Friday friends! This weekend is jam packed with celebratory activities from a friend’s “Seven Deadly Sins” party tonight, to a Saturday pre-Valentine’s brunch, hopefully meeting up with Caroline while she’s in town and skiing on Sunday. Let the wild rumpus start!
Today I am excited to share a few of my recent outfits for my job at a bridal boutique. I love sharing day to day wardrobe choices because they are so realistic (obviously, because I’m actually wearing them) and not quite as stylized as my traditional outfit posts. I’m on my feet most of the day so I rarely wear heels to work. I did pick up a great pair of Free People booties that I have been tossing into my weekly boot rotation (I honestly don’t even know why I try with flats and heels, boots & booties all the way).
Pops of Burgundy
Whether you call it burgundy, bordeaux, berry or maroon, I love deeper shades of red and purple through fall and winter. I think it’s fun to add a few shades of berry to any outfit and don’t even steer clear of mixing it with pink!

Girly Flats & Flirty Dresses
When you’re on your feet all day, running up and down stairs all day flats are a must! Both pairs of flats featured are super affordable (yay for Target & Kohls) and the dresses felt fun and feminine, a perfect transition from work to a date night.
Gorgeous Girly Flats:
As Cozy as Yoga Pants
Let’s face it, somedays getting ready just doesn’t seem all that fun. On the mornings you find yourself hitting snooze or feel under the weather it’s great to throw together a pair of pixie pants and a loose sweater or a more conservative bodycon dress with an oversized sweater and over the knee boots.
Must-Have Boho Booties
Like I said, I’ve been obsessed with these thick-heeled booties. They’re unique enough to add a bit of interest to each outfit but basic enough to mesh with a lot of different looks. To add to your boho look opt for loose waves and a braid or two.
