Ban.do, how do I even begin to explain Ban.do? First of all, it’s SO fetch and I’m not even trying to make fetch happen…fetch like already happened. Okay enough with the silliness I have fallen head over heels madly in love with Ban.do hair accessories, I’m talking the kind of amazing fairytale love Taylor Swift writes about. Oh and speaking of my girl Taylor, yeah…so Ban.do created a custom line of hair accessories for her Fearless tour, and basically Taylor just loves Ban.do and wears it all the time. I generally live by the rule of thumb that if something is good enough for Taylor, it’s good enough for me. You don’t even want to know how many times a day I find myself asking “What would Taylor Swift do in this situation?”
Ban.do stands for everything fun. The brand is inspired by disco balls, fizzy cocktails (HELLO MIMOSAS) and confetti cannons. Ban.do is basically my entire personality wrapped up in a pretty little package with a glittery pink bow on top, so if you like me…you’ll probably like Ban.do. Over the past few weeks I have tried A LOT of Ban.do products…I mean I’ve been wearing some form of Ban.do everyday (stalk me on instagram and you’ll see all my selfies are filled with Ban.do) and I have been blown away by every single headband, bobbi pin, and twist scarf. Speaking of twist scarves I may have ordered the red glitteratti twist scarf just because I saw a picture of Taylor in it…and I have been crazy about it ever since.
Ban.do accessories are a mixture between your best friend, Blair Waldorf, Taylor Swift, the best unicorn you can dream up and a party with unlimited champagne and raspberries. Maybe you think I’m kidding but I’ve actually placed three orders from Ban.do in the past two weeks, I’ve made Jeff place me on Ban.do probation but I still find myself checking out the adorable blog multiple times per day.
Today I lived out one of my life dreams, I played Ban.do supermodel for two whole hours while Jeff snapped photos of me acting like a total dork. Usually Jeff and I fight when I make him take pictures of me hence why there aren’t nearly as many fabulous studio photos of me on this blog as there should be. Well all of the glitter in the room must have been working its magic because my happiness levels were through the roof (see photo of me sticking out my tongue for no apparent reason). I channeled Blair Waldorf, at one point I started pretending I was Lucy Hale in the Pretty Little Liars intro and obviously there was a little Miley thrown in there. When I didn’t know who to channel I just channeled Taylor, no surprise there.
Did I receive free products for this post? Yes! But literally the day I received them I was SO amazingly impressed that I ordered more Ban.do (and more and more, aka the 3 orders in 2 weeks). Ban.do makes my heart sing!
Are you as obsessed with Ban.do as I am (how could you not be)? What is your favorite Ban.do product?
