Sometimes some of you wonderful sweet little peaches nominate me to answer fun little questionnaires on this little space of mine (Thanks Caitlyn). I am always so flattered that anyone even thinks of me and my blog like ever but I always get nervous answering questionnaires out of fear that I’ll sound like my 8th grade self answering Myspace surveys (does anyone else cringe when they think about their answers to those???). You can only imagine the genius content this cutie was throwing out onto the world wide web. However, Caitlyn’s questions were so intriguing and I sort of felt like pretending I was a fabulous celebrity being interviewed for an article in Glamour today plus it’s Monday and I have a cold so all my genius inspirational thoughts are somewhat congested.
- What is your dream job?
I’m still five in the sense that my dream job changes constantly. I want to write, I want to work in fashion, I want to work with children, I want to help empower women through education…find me a job in which I can do all of those things and I will be one happy camper.
2. Tell me about your first kiss.
Okay, well, my first kiss (on the cheek) (by a boy) was actually sort of sweet, I was at an Aerosmith concert with my 7th grade boyfriend who I was crazy stalker obsessed with at the time (eek! sorry!) and he leaned over during “I don’t want to miss a thing” no doubt, and kissed me on the cheek. I must have replayed that moment in my mind a million times. I was SO boy crazy. My first ” kiss kiss” (like on the lips, like with tongue) was awkward. First of all it was as I was walking out to the school bus at the end of the day in junior high and he just planted one on me without warning. The entire time I kept thinking to myself “Oh My God! I’m kissing a boy!” and I knew I should be excited but I just wasn’t, it was sloppy and gross and I was HORRIFIED because (hello!) PDA could totally get you in trouble. I walked away from the whole ordeal a little grossed out and scarred.
3. Do you have a favorite song? What is it?
My “favorite” song changes frequently but recently I’ve been listening to “All too Well” by Taylor Swift (of course) on repeat. I think people read my blog and assume I only really listen to Taylor, I promise that’s not the truth (but it’s mostly true).
4. What is at the top of your bucket list?
I want to move to a completely new city in another state (California in particular). The idea of leaving behind the life I’ve always had really really terrifies me, which makes me think it might be important for me to experience.
5. I’m obsessed with dinosaurs. What are you obsessed with?
I’m obsessed with over-analyzing situations. I’m obsessed with selfies. I’m obsessed with sleepovers & champagne & watching the sun rise.
6. When is the last time you took a bubble bath?
I try to make bubble baths at least a weekly occasion but I always feel guilty taking them because I have to use my roommate’s bathroom so I never want to take too long. I think we all can agree feeling rushed during your bubble bath is not the ideal relaxation situation.
7.Would you rather live without TV or music?
Hands down without TV, although I love Blair Waldorf my love for Taylor Swift is much more near and dear to my heart.
8. Where is your favorite place to shop? Can be an actual store or online.
I have to choose just one?! It honestly depends on the day but I can always always find everything I could possibly dream of at Nordstorm, now I just need the magical credit card that pays off for its self.
9. Who is your bloggy crush?
10. What is your favorite Mean Girls quote?
Just a classic Regina moment.
11. Are you excited about anything?
There are a lot of reasons I’m excited. I’m excited to sleep in on Thursday, I’m excited for Valentine’s Day, I’m excited to go to my family’s cabin this weekend and I’m really really excited to visit my Big in L.A. over spring break in March.
I hope everyone has had an amazing Monday, I mean, if that’s even possible.
